Welcome to True Soft. By accessing our landing page website (https://soft.trusof.com) or using our Cloud Telephony, IVR system setups, and WhatsApp Business API solutions, you consent to compile with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Offerings & Scope

True Soft provides cloud-based virtual contact center interfaces, customized IVR routing scripts, automated conversation bot routing platforms, and official WhatsApp Business API broadcast connections. The deployment is performed based on configuration requests submitted by your team. System reliability guarantees are dependent on standard cloud carrier routes and direct interface integrations.

2. Customer Registration Databases

We deploy dedicated database schemas for saving customer leads capturing requests. All captured data is separate from other client scopes. True Soft does not support or allow unauthorized structural adjustments or sharing database configurations with other entities.

3. Content Transmitted & Responsibility

You assume full liability for the content, text, SMS, phone call audio transcripts, and broadcast campaign media routed through our platform APIs. You warrant that all communications adhere strictly to regional telecom regulations, avoiding illegal solicitations, spamming behaviors, or unapproved promotional campaigns.

4. Disclaimer & Liability Limitations

True Soft is a private communications software provider. We make no warranty that all cloud carrier paths will operate continuously without interruptions. True Soft and its parent entity, TruSOf Technology, hold zero liability for indirect revenues lost, call drops, or regulatory penalties issued by telecom registries regarding your campaign contents.

5. Service Adjustments

We reserve right to update features, interface layouts, and API endpoints to patch security configurations and improve routing efficiency. All functional improvements are done automatically with zero impact to active call configurations.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the rules and regulations of India. Any litigation actions resulting from these terms will be handled exclusively by courts situated in Delhi, India.
